Kumbabhishekam of the Temple was performed on 12th of March, 2000. Every year Annual Utsavam festival is celebrated for 7 days from 7th to 14th January with Kodiyettam on 7th January.

After 7 days of special pujas and Abhishekams including daily seeveli, Sree Bhoothabali, Utsava Bali and Pallivetta with Thalapoli, the Utsava Moorthy is taken  to nearby Bhavani river for Arrattu on 14th January morning.

Kumbabhishekam of the Temple was performed on 12th of March 2000 Every year Annual Utsavam festival is celebrated for 7days of special pujas and Abhishekams including daily seeveli,Sree Bhoothabali,utsava Bali & Pallivetta with thalapoli,the Utsava Moorthy is taken to nearby Bhavani River for Arrattu on 14th January morning on the same day evening,thiruvabharana procession and Thalapoli.coinciding with the makara jyothi at sabarimalai on the makaravilakku day evening,makara jyothi darshan is arranged at senraya perumal malai,opposite to the temple, which is witnessed by thousands of devotees from Salem and nearby places.
Simultaneously Ayyappa Sami will be carried by a Makaravilakku by avahanam around the temple followed by devotees. At the same time by two side of the path, camphor is lighted as a sign of welcoming the swami in the makaravilakku and in the end at the exact time of jyoti Darshan in Sabarimala, a heap of camphor is lighted in front of the Dwajastambam of the temple.
 
During mandala-makara vilakku season,Annadanam is provided to devotees every day by the temple authorities.Accommodation and food is also arranged for devotees who come by padayathra and also by road from neighbouring cities of tamil nadu and other states like Karnataka and Andhra.Every day Malayalam/Tamil month,the temple arrange to take pilgrims by KPN travels bus to sabarimala for darshan.
The temple also offer facilities for malayidal.irumudi etc Apart from special pujas/homams like Mrityunjaya homam,Ayilya pija,santhana Gopala puja,Navagraha Homam,sudarshana Homam,swayamvara homam,Dhanwantari Homam are also conducted at regular intervals.
